I was lucky enough to immerse myself in the ultimate Bentley Toy Box experience, where luxury collided effortlessly with sustainability. It was an indulgent day that many would dream of, but it shaped the way I now understand the term 'driving in style'.
A Warm Welcome to Luxury
The storied English retreat, with its classic architecture and hushed grandeur, set the scene perfectly. Bentley’s expert team were on hand, not just to represent the brand, but to bring its legacy to life, articulating over a century of craftsmanship, innovation, and quiet confidence. But this wasn’t just a nostalgic nod to 1919. One standout moment was the reveal of Bentley’s next chapter: a move into groundbreaking hybrid technology, marking a bold new direction for the marque, and a tantalising shift for motoring purists and progressives alike.
Inside is an exhibition of refined luxury courtesy of Bentley Interiors. The Mews was transformed into a living showcase of Bentley Home, where craftsmanship meets contemporary design. From sculptural coffee tables and statement cabinets to plush sofas and even selections from their fragrance line, the space was a true immersion into the world of Bentley outside of auto. It’s also worth noting, The Mews is the only location in the UK where the full range can be experienced in person, making it a destination in its own right for those with an eye for elevated interiors.
Before slipping behind the wheel, we were given an insightful presentation about Bentley’s hybrid models, where heritage intertwines with modernity, showcasing their dedication to preserving the luxury experience while embracing a more sustainable future.
